Novarica has released their sixth annual Best Practices Case Study Compendium for 2017. This study includes 30 detailed examples of recent IT initiatives undergone by insurance carriers that have delivered substantial business impacts.
From the thirty companies considered, eight were chosen to receive Impact Awards, including two clients of Risk Control Technologies:
- EMC Insurance for their loss control team's drone and image recognition program
- Grange Insurance for their direct-to-policyholder Amazon Alexa communication initiative
Winners were required to share the common characteristics of all impactful projects: clear articulation of target value and benefits, consistent executive support, effective multi-stakeholder communications throughout the project, and the swift resolution of inevitable challenges. Other 2017 winners included: AF Group, American Family, COUNTRY, Homesite, MetLife and The Doctors Company. Congratulations!
