FMRP implemented the Risk Control Technologies loss control management system in 2013 for use by internal loss prevention field consultants for property and casualty loss control but had a broader vision to roll out the system to its member mutual companies to provide a shared, modern loss control platform.

The system allows field loss control representatives to be equipped with iPad devices, loaded with the RC Inspection field app in order to capture risk data, photos and recommendations in the field, even in rural locations without mobile broadband connections.

FMRP has cited some impressive results since the deployment of the system including increasing its number of completed risk assessments by 84% and a reduction in report delivery time by 27%. Loss control recommendation management has also been streamlined within the system significantly.
